Policies

General Information

  • No children or extra people, they will have to wait in the parking lot or waiting area during your appointment.

  • Please place phones on silent upon entering the building and keep them with your belongings, not on the treatment table.

  • Lash appointment  please come with clean lashes "NO MASCARA"  if  you come with mascara on your lashes we will have to reschedule your appointment 

Scheduling and Cancellations

To schedule your appointment you will have to leave a credit card on file, it wont charge your card until the end of service or in case of a no show. 

if you dont feel comfortable leaving your card on file please email me or DM through instragram to pay a $25 non refundable deposit through Venmo that goes towards your service

There is a 10 min grace period for every appointment. If you are going to be late please notify us as soon as possible, if you do not make it within the 10 minute grace period your service will be charge an extra $10  or will have to reschedule.

If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.  

No call / no show will be charged 50% the service. If your card on file expires or is invalid you will be sent an invoice via text and email and you will be responsible for paying that invoice within the next 24 hours.

Cancellation fees can not be refunded or credited towards future appointments.

No shows to your appointment three consecutive times will prevent you from booking future Facials, Lashes or brow appointments.
